Millenium Bridge - A2 Level Art Project (in progress)

A selection of my photography of The Millenium Bridge, London, capturing it from various angles.
I began my project by doing three tonal studies from my own photography, which I am pleased with because I feel they portray technical accuracy and a good sense of perspective.
I have created an installation of three models inspired by the constructavist counter reliefs by Tatlin. I have also looked at the work of artists, such as Lissitzky's Proun room, to influence my project.
To create the models I laminated layers of grey board to create a strong structure, which I could shape. I then painted the models and made the fixtures, before finally constructing the installation on the wall.
I am currently using these models to inspire my own interpretation of the Millenium Bridge as an installation.
Inspired by the work of McKinnell I have produced three pen drawings on different paper surfaces.
I am currently working on a pen drawing in this technical, refined style, of a panoramic view of the riverbank behind the Millenium Bridge. For my final piece of this project I intend to create a large installation of a section of the bridge, with a view of the riverbank in the background. I have also begun a series of detailed drawings of St Paul's Cathedral, which I also hope to incorporate into the background of my final work of art.
